11-27-2011It is a thing of beauty but for the money I might still buy a Gixxer, Yamy, Kawi, or Honda and mod the shit out of it with the money I saved and then maybe have a little left for a nice vacation or a trailer to get to the track. But then again you would probably be the only one on the block with one and originality counts for something.

11-30-2011Amazing bike. I really like the single sided swing arms on the Ducatis. They're claiming that the desmodromic valve actuation actually enables the motor to run the aggressive cam profiles, and that it's not just a gimmick (like it kind of is on most Ducatis IMO). I'm pretty sure that's where the expensive/frequent maintenance is at - valve adjustments. Ducatis are still awesome bikes though, I love the V-twins.
